Good afternoon, Ability Life Opportunities; thank you for your comments about the approach to vulnerable passengers and for voicing your concerns about the purchase of Metro tram tickets. Your feedback has been passed on to the Metro’s Operational Manager; they have confirmed that West Midlands Metro did consult with West Midlands Combined Authority’s Head of Accessibility and also worked with different groups who support disabled people. The Metro’s Operational Manager would be happy to discuss this further, should you want to privately provide a telephone number.

@bhx_official so when are you going to deal with that issue with my disabled colleague with messaging about it and then we’ve got no response again now was it awful airport you are you said disability friendly I don’t see any of that

@TransportForWM As a customer service team at Ring Ride are refusing me to go through to a supervisor manager now I’ve nothing wrong. I’ll just asking for someone and he wasn’t not available so I would like them to respond to me or speak with me about this because it’s very bad.
