Looks Matter : When a client approaches, they first see me, whether he has taken care of himself first or not. The moment he sees you have a double chin or protruding belly or hiding your body behind a jacket . Client has all the power to reject you be it a doctor or nutritionist

Indians went low-fat… and hormones tanked. Testosterone ↓ Fertility ↓ Mood ↓ But no—this doesn’t mean “add butter to everything.” It means: ➡️ Stop removing fat blindly ➡️ Keep it moderate, not zero ➡️ Build meals around protein first Hormones need fat. Your waistline doesn’t need excess.

@shashiiyengar Very true, Shashji ji. I would never go and do a discovery call with an unhealthy looking, metabolic coach, however famous they may claim they are, with a jutting out belly, who doesn't disclose his HbA1C/FBG.

Today again, I came across a corporate annual lab test report. As usual, even essential markers like Vitamin B12, Vitamin D, and iron were missing. Deficiencies in these are rampant in India, and God only knows when corporates will learn. Instead, they have included an X-ray, which I believe is a far less useful test in modern preventive health Vitamin B12 Deficiency - India A 2025 Indian study reported: 52.2% deficiency (urban) 64.8% deficiency (rural) Vitamin D Deficiency – India 70–90% Indians deficient Iron Deficiency >57% women are anaemic India faces a triple deficiency crisis - ~50–65% B12 deficient, 70–90% Vitamin D deficient, and over 50% women anaemic - yet corporate health checks still skip these basic tests.
