Some are born into the most rarified elite cities, while others are stuck at the bottom. If you encounter people claiming that rural Nong Hukou is desirable or that Nong can switch to Shi Hukou, be aware they're talking about the bottom tier.

The problem is that we are happy in finding some problems in China but never agree that there are lot of issues here which needs immediate attention. Instead of learning from China’s infrastructure and cleanliness, we keep defending our own failures in roads, power, and hygiene by pointing fingers.
