@PittScheelers @Slimmyj1mmy215 @Not_Solidus @SheWtsDa_Dbrown @spittinchiclets Hathaway also got a penalty. And Pittsburgh had one of the worst attendance in the league

@tonyescargot @NHL_On_TNT @NHLFlyers @liam_mchugh @BizNasty2point0 @Chris_Jast @AnsonCarterLA @HLundqvist One of the best bits in Philadelphia sports twitter. So amazingly stupid (compliment) they need to go on a run for the cannoli
English

Tony has a sneaking suspicion that cannoli may appear on the @NHL_On_TNT broadcast this evening 🤔🤔🤔
Will the power of cannoli power the @NHLFlyers to the promise land?????

@DevSparxx @pdmNM03 After literally every win in the playoffs the opposing team has fans that say “they’re acting like they just won the cup”

@canncomm @8kimchikillah8 @teeeeks12 @GinoHard_ They weren’t going to call the removing the helmet penalty on him until drysdale continued playing and they realized they couldn’t take drysdale for playing without a helmet since the play should have been instantly over so they gave him an awful interference
English

@AlexTFettuccine @hockeystatcards @billmeltzer He has assists in both games and has shut down the Crosby line. He can an needs to play better but he has been no where close to horrible
English

@DownSettle33 @DMars84719 @Sportsnet He stick is behind him he brings his arms around so he doesn’t go head first into the ice. Have you never been on skates?
English

@DMars84719 @Sportsnet Oh come on, as he was falling he was flailing his arms. Most certainly trying to draw a penalty.

@HockeyThinkTank @charlieo_conn Penguins had momentum righ before this had the flyers pinned in their own zone. Then a hard working shift from the 4th line, any coach would love, changes the direction of the game
English

Yesterday I posted that the Flyers' 4th line all deserved assists on this goal by Porter Martone. Here's why:
This is the game within the game. They're matched up here against Malkin's line and they spend the entire shift in the Ozone. Winning races and battles for pucks, wearing them out with possession forcing them to have to defend the entire shift.
Selflessly changing in the offensive zone to get their top line out there against a tired Malkin line who eventually scores the opening goal.
They played their role perfectly. Just look at the hard work and compete. They get an offensive line for the Pens to have to play in the Dzone for an extended period of time. And set the table for their own offensive line coming out next to do their thing.
Amazing TEAM hockey for the game winning goal. The 4th line didn't get actual assists on the scoresheet, but you better believe they'll be on the team video for their effort in the morning.

@MichkovMins With the amount of penalties and his play his ice time is about what you’d expect. He simply needs to be better to get more ice time
English

@pdog_ @Viktomize @TocchetisaFelon @BR_OpenIce You mean a completely obvious trip with the stick in the skates? Taking player from a scrum is a joke
English

@Viktomize @TocchetisaFelon @BR_OpenIce There has been no obvious ones on the pens. You got a free tripping call sped. Dont run into our goalie and a scrum doesnt start
English

@PenguinsJesus Complaining about the most obvious penalty of the game so far
English

@BiladelphiaPHLY This implies you don’t already say the stupidest shit to your wife
English

@Philly_Mays Down low you really get a feel for the speed and hits in the game and can see all the small details they do with the puck but there can be some weird sight lines with the glass. Pretty much no bad seats up top
English

@PenguinsJesus Losing to get a more favorable matchup isn’t a new thing in sports
