"All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the State wherein they reside."

Don't listen to Dev he's Canadian and retarded. Birthright citizenship relies on the ruling from United States v. Wong Kim Ark. In that case the court said that all children of parents with "permanent domicile and residence in the United States" were citizens. This is the case cited to allow birthright citizenship. Does this sound like what we're doing? If I Chinese woman hires a company in China to fly her to the US so she can give birth only to turn around and return to China the following day with an American citizen child, does she have "permanent domicile and residence in the United States?" If no, then you are on Trumps side.
