@farkomd This is exactly the point of using an IVl balloon slightly undersized at 4 atm.

Congrats on being first in #Canada but you’d be better off doing the right operation. IVL works well, it just doesn’t work on pseudoaneurysms

@canuc_57 @ShockwaveIVL Patient sent by vascular surgery to fix a severly calcified profunda stenosis to maintain fem-fem bypass patency.  Patient was not a surgical candidate.
