@ted_ryce @ComedianMark @AJA_Cortes He was comparing wrestling vs other individual martial arts not "mixed martial arts"
English

@SirReggieNoble @ted_ryce @AJA_Cortes Holy moly you have 4.5 thousand posts in 4 years on twitter! Thats worthy of a black belt by itself tbh. I shall retract all my opinions mr chronically online. God bless.
English

@ComedianMark @ted_ryce @AJA_Cortes Some opinions are informed and others are retarded. You opinion is retarded because you don't have as much experience training combat sports as me. My opinion is informed because I actually train.
English

@SirReggieNoble @ted_ryce @AJA_Cortes Well. Good thing we can all have opinions. I’m sitting next to a guy who wrestled for 12 years and 1 day and also does BJJ. And he says you’re wrong. I hope that means as much to you as yours did to me. Cheers.
English

@ComedianMark @ted_ryce @AJA_Cortes I wrestled for 12 years and I do BJJ (not poorly) and I can confidently say you are wrong. A wrestler with no BJJ experience is getting beat badly. Wrestling teaches a bunch of habits that are a death sentence in an actual fight that one has to unlearn.
English

@ted_ryce @AJA_Cortes So if I ask my buddy who is better than you and he agrees with me can I also be condescending. Then you can find another guy all the way until we get to Jon Jones and have him agree with me?
English

@ComedianMark @AJA_Cortes I’ve trained/sparred with D1 wresting champions. And with elite level BJJ guys..multiple world champions
I think we’re speaking from different perspectives 😉
English

@ted_ryce @AJA_Cortes Agree to disagree. D1 wrestler cracks everyone’s skull on the pavement imo. And submissions are extremely easy to learn vs wrestling. (I don’t wrestle I just do BJJ poorly)
English

@ComedianMark @AJA_Cortes Have a lot of respect for wrestlers. But MMA and BJJ guys win here.
The wrestlers who learn submissions are an absolute terror though

@CoffeeBlackMD @drmikehart tirz hits the HRV and RHR also. I think being in a caloric deficit in general screws up your energy and libido...not medication based necessarily.
English

It will increase RHR and decrease HRV. But I don’t think that is a big deal. It’s not like you suddenly got more unhealthy for using it. That’s simply a medication effect. It goes back to your normal quickly. I had a RHR of like 65-68 on Reta. A week off back to 52.
The sexual stuff was interesting too. For me there was simply less distraction from sex. I still enjoyed it. Everyone will be different I suppose in how much this bothered them. It bothered me none.
But in the end. It’s a TOOL. We need to think about it like that. A bridge from here to there. Not like a daily supplement that you’re going to use forever.
English

Retatrutide is incredibly effective at what it's supposed to do.
But it doesn't always just make food unpleasurable; it can make sex and everything else unpleasurable too.
And it can also increase heart rate and decrease HRV.
Real Peptides@realpeptides
Retatrutide trial results are insane: - 86% liver fat reduction - 72% prediabetes reversal - 41% stopped needing BP meds - 14 mmHg blood pressure drop - Increases metabolic rate at rest It also makes you eat less and burn more calories at rest. Truly an incredible compound.
English

@CoffeeBlackMD Awesome. I want billionaires to see my lipids and bring me to a far away island.
English

@ComedianMark Yeah Repatha will usually make your lipids look like you’re 8 years old.

English

@CoffeeBlackMD Ok because I’m in the middle of failing 3 statins as we speak.
English

@ComedianMark @Cernovich @farbood 27g is fine for the oil. It takes a bit longer on fill but nothing like 29g or smaller. It injects very easy. Much easier than with a 3cc syringe due to the physics of the barrel size.
English

@CoffeeBlackMD @Cernovich @farbood I meant do you find the oil too thick for subq insulin needle? Do you have to force it out?
English

@ComedianMark @Cernovich @farbood You can get 1mL into the insulin syringes. If that’s what you mean?
In general the bigger your weekly dose, the more often you should inject to smooth out peaks.
English

@CoffeeBlackMD @Cernovich @farbood How much can you comfortably blast with 27” 1/2? And with that would you do >than 2 pins a week?
English

In the end, it doesn’t matter as long as you stick with your chosen route otherwise your serum concentrations can bounce all over the place switching back and forth. The only way to get to a rational steady state where you can make adjustments in dose is by doing it the same way each time. Basically anything you can give IM, you can give SubQ and visa versa. Things absorb faster in the muscle. For testosterone I like a 27g 1/2” insulin needle. It’s “deep” SubQ but really probably gets into the muscle most of the time, depending on your leanness overlying where you’re shoving it in.
English

@AJA_Cortes This is pretty shocking even if it’s a 4x exaggeration. I ate too much sugar too close to sleepy-time the other night and wanted to die

@ComicDaveSmith They should put a statue of Bongino in the FBI library to remind everyone to keep quiet

They should build this FBI a statue of Jeffrey Epstein.

If this were a story about a Democrat president, monuments would be under construction right now. And the media goons know it too.

Normally I wouldn't automatically assume this guy shooting an AR15 pistol in 7.62x39 into the distance was committing a crime but..... there's no brace nor sights so it's almost a 100% chance he's a criminal committing a criminal act.
Criminals hate braces and sights...

@AntiDoc My doctor tried to blame my high heart rate on my abuse of adderall and binge drinking. What a dork.
English

When doctors ask what supplements you’re using, 95% use it to blame you for your afflictions and maybe 5% actually know or pay any attention to downstream effects and interactions.
Ast and Alt high? All those darn supplements.
Gut issues? Supplements
Brain fog? Supplements.
Half the time they don’t even pay attention to what you’re supplementing with, it’s just an out.

@theNOBSdentist It’s that and the preps for amalgams back in the day were so much more aggressive. They probably lost ~4x as much dentin per restoration as they do now if not more. And then it’s just a running clock. Editor’s note: RCTs are my favorite thing to do
English

Boomers got a lot of root canals because they have crappy amalgam (silver) fillings which are known to crack teeth in half.
Most Gen X and Millenials don’t have as many of either.
latke@latkedelrey
i feel like boomers got a lot of root canals and they were very casual about it. when people my age have root canals it’s like. they had one, one time. if any. but the average boomer mouth is somehow 80% root canal
English

@rox9518 @theNOBSdentist Dentures suck to a level you cannot imagine.
English

@theNOBSdentist Not a boomer but full of silver and root canals, at what point do you just go with dentures?
