In 1999, I had the privilege of travelling together to Shillong in the same vehicle and spending time together—an invaluable memory of my life. Those moments allowed me to witness your discipline, vision, and dedication to the nation from close quarters, which continue to inspire me even today.
However, it pains me to say that where once ideals stood strong, opportunism has now taken their place, and the sacrifices of dedicated workers like me are being overlooked.
Therefore, in the interest of self-respect and the rights of the people, I have decided to step forward as an Independent candidate from 33 No. DISPUR CONSTITUENCY.

माननीय प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी जी,
1999 में शिलांग की यात्रा के दौरान एक ही गाड़ी में साथ जाने और साथ समय बिताने का सौभाग्य मुझे मिला—यह मेरे जीवन की एक अनमोल स्मृति है। उस समय आपके अनुशासन, विचार और राष्ट्रसेवा के प्रति समर्पण को नज़दीक से महसूस करने का अवसर मिला, जिसने मुझे हमेशा प्रेरित किया है।
लेकिन आज यह कहते हुए पीड़ा होती है कि जहाँ कभी आदर्शों का स्थान था, वहाँ अब अवसरवाद हावी हो गया है, और मेरे जैसे समर्पित कार्यकर्ताओं के त्याग को नज़रअंदाज़ किया जा रहा है।
इसीलिए, आत्मसम्मान और जनता के अधिकारों की रक्षा के लिए, मैंने 33 नं. दिसपुर विधानसभा क्षेत्र से एक निर्दलीय उम्मीदवार के रूप में आगे बढ़ने का निर्णय लिया है।
