Like clockwork, every Pride Month, someone inevitably starts talking about whether Muslims can, in fact, be gay. This year, the latest round arrived courtesy of 5Pillars, a media outlet claiming to be the “voice” of Muslims in the U.K. Its handy “How To Navigate Pride Month” for “Muslims living in the West” offers choice advice: “Muslims who experience same-sex attraction…should seek spiritual support.” Then, 5Pillars set their eyes on some notable targets: London Mayor Sadiq Khan and New York City Mayor Zohran Mamdani. “The Muslim mayor of New York, Zohran Mamdani, celebrates queer and transgender New Yorkers,” said a miffed 5Pillars tweet. The blowback was swift. “My first consideration is the preservation of Islamic purity. If that upsets people, then so be it,” 5Pillars founder Roshan M. Salih, who is of Sri Lankan and Welsh descent, told The Juggernaut. “We don’t condemn people who have same-sex attraction. However…if they act upon that attraction, then they are sinning.” As for Zohran Mamdani? “He was tweeting in favor of LGBTQ Pride, and that is a clear contradiction in the eyes of Muslims.” But it seemed like no one was talking to the very group that the whole fiasco was about: queer Muslims. Iranian Mehr News Agency has published the supposed 14 clauses of the MOU $12 billion of Iran's frozen funds to be released before negotiations begin, with another $12 billion during the 60-day final negotiation window. Oil and petrochemical sanctions suspended. Full naval blockade lifted within 30 days. The U.S. commits to non-interference in Iranian affairs, withdrawal of forces from around Iran, and no new sanctions or force deployments during negotiations. An immediate ceasefire is required on all fronts, including Lebanon. The Strait of Hormuz reopens within 30 days under Iranian arrangements. Iran reaffirms its NPT commitment not to produce nuclear weapons. A 60-day window is set to negotiate a final deal covering nuclear issues and full sanctions removal. The U.S. and allies must also present reconstruction plans worth at least $300 billion. Iran's missile program and support for resistance groups are removed from the agenda entirely. No final negotiations begin until the $12 billion is released, oil sanctions are suspended, and the blockade is lifted. A supervisory mechanism will oversee implementation, with any final agreement approved by UN Security Council resolution.

This is coming from White House favorite Pakistan, and it’s the same historically awful deal Iran is claiming. If it’s not true, then release the text. At least deny it publicly. That’d be really easy to do.

🚨 Pakistan has published what it claims are the key terms of the U.S.-Iran agreement: ➡️ U.S. sanctions on Iran would be lifted. ➡️ Frozen Iranian funds would be partially released. ➡️ A ceasefire would take effect across all fronts, alongside an Israeli withdrawal from Lebanon. ➡️ Iran’s uranium stockpile and nuclear facilities would remain inside Iran. ➡️ A $300 billion compensation fund would be established for Iran. ➡️ The U.S. embargo on Iran would be removed. ➡️ Iran would assume responsibility for managing the Strait of Hormuz and collecting transit fees. The terms are unconfirmed by Washington or Tehran.

One of the most common reasons that young men give for not wanting to enter serious relationships today is that it is "virtually illegal" to tell a modern upper-middle class woman that SHE has any responsibilities within them. In the bedroom, very few people are going to be satisfied with having sex only the exact number of times that someone with a much lower libido - on average - would ideally prefer to, with no seduction or negotiation....or just drinking/smoking together...allowed. Outside it, very few men are keen on making most of the money, doing 30-40% of the housework, and THEN being told about "mental load" and how they contribute little or nothing. There are devastating male replies to these points - including the plain "Fix the problem or I'm gone" - but there seems to be an increasing focus on labeling these all as "abuse." My many great female friends may feel that this analysis is unfair, or even that I'm a real asshole on this topic. But, the base of it is just data: this comes up EVERY SINGLE TIME I poll younger guys. We constantly hear that women are less incentivized to seek marriage today than they were in the past. But, in hard statistical terms, this seems to be a bit more true for men. An actual quote under one of my #S&RQ polls read: "Why would I leave Tinder to have less sex, be treated worse, and probably lose half my shit?" If the question is "What makes marriage appealing in 2026 (?)," BOTH sexes need to work on drumming up a coherent answer to that.
