I was simply pointing out the fact that it was still a shootout since both side fired shots. A shootout doesn't imply that Smith is guilty, it just says the fact that he shot back.

@ThoughtfulSaint I don't think as many people are denying it being an unjustified murder, it absolutely was. Where I think the challenge is on whether or not Joseph Smith's death meets the standard of Martyrdom or not which is more questionable.

@NControver38654 @GunOwners @RepThomasMassie There are deeper demographics than race. You have veterans, mentally unstable, elderly, etc. Showing WHO is getting denied is really useful since it shows whether or not they are getting denied for the right reasons, or the wrong ones.

Haven't read the bill...is he looking into the "demographics" of those who have been denied? What does does "demographics" have to do with anything other than some grouping's of human beings have much rates of felony convictions than others...Identity politics.
