So. Just a word of warning. M&S use #EVRI so this kind of notification is completely standard. Didn’t even try and deliver it. As ever, @marksandspencer own staff have been helpful and have refunded me but if I had known I would have never ordered. But now YOU do!

Good morning @marksandspencer - I have just seen (to my horror) that my order is due to be delivered today by #EVRI What on earth are you thinking? This is business suicide. Obviously showing an issue already. At 4.23 this morning it’s heading ‘back to sender’.

@tescomobile raised a complaint on 29th January. Told 15 days for a reply. Still waiting and customer service chat people are utterly useless and can only suggest raising complaint again to see if that get a response! Are you serious? How do I escalate this please

@JohnLewisRetail why are you selling the Starlink Mini for £399 when Starlink themselves and all other retailers like Curry’s reduced the price to £189 a month ago. It’s not a sale, it’s a permanent reduction in price, so why are JL selling it for £210 more than everyone else?
