@CrenshawPhD Yes! Find an agent! They will help you through the entire process, negotiations with a publisher, encouragement, advice, feedback, etc. I love my agent, @BlytheDaniel! I would partner with an agent before anything else.

Humble newbie author Q. 🙋🏻‍♀️ Thought y’all could offer great feedback. In recent yrs, I’ve been contacted by 3 renown publishers. But I’m told I now need an agent to help me decide those. But before I even select an agent, I probably need a PR group?😵‍💫 What would/have you done?

@JoWiKi @BethMooreLPM It's heartbreaking. As a seminary grad who was at one point in fulltime church ministry, it just breaks my heart. I remember driving to Houston to see Beth for her weekly gathering! She was just getting started and she encouraged me, this seminary student, in so many ways!
