My crypto broker just showed me data from 40,000+ real client accounts that's never been made public before. here's what it's telling us right now: 1. trading breadth has collapsed. clients are now only meaningfully trading 6 tokens. historically it's been 9-12. that level of narrowing only happens in bear markets 2. net flows have turned defensive for the first time since the end of the 2021 bull run. clients are moving from crypto into fiat and stables. last time this happened it lasted 8-9 months. we're 3-4 months in 3. the XRP narrative is a lie. data shows clients have been net sellers since it pumped. the community says "never sell" - the real money already sold 4. ethereum custody is quietly rising. nobody talks bullish about ETH right now. but clients are still holding it with their broker for the long term. draw your own conclusions 5. fiat/stable share right now: 5.2%. right before the 2022 collapse began: 4.9%. we are in that exact range again 6. the last time stable coin share spiked past that level it marked the bottom. clients who moved to stables at the bottom were wrong footed. they stayed defensive too long 7. broker engagement is at an all time low. fewer signups. fewer calls. fewer people who even want to talk about crypto. historically this is one of the cleanest buy signals they have 8. the bitcoin cycle chart shows diminishing drawdowns every cycle. 87% → 84% → 77%. if the pattern holds we're not done yet. my buy orders are at $54K 9. institutions aren't asking "what should i buy?". they're asking "how do i keep what i have safe?". that's the gap between how retail thinks and how money thinks 10. the people who've seen every cycle say this: pay attention while others aren't. that's exactly what right now is @jimmy_bazz from @calebandbrown broke all of this down and shared data no other community has seen. this one is worth your time. watch.

A few notes from the road - 1/ centers of gravity (business and/or employee) are never stagnant, and getting out of the US coastal mindset is imperative. It was incredibly energizing to hear from new and longtime Ripplers on what moves the needle where they are. 2/ Culture cannot be taken for granted. More than ever, we’re championing a maniacal focus and eliminating bureaucracy for employees to be owners. Don’t confuse activity with progress. 3/ Adoption doesn’t happen overnight. Platforms > point solutions. Meet customers where they are, not where they might be in a couple years. 4/ AI is becoming a fundamental part of our products – especially in cash forecasting and liquidity management in real-time for the office of the CFO. Employee productivity may be where AI starts, but the end goal is much bigger. 5/ 2026 is shaping up to be another defining year. We’re in the right markets with the right capabilities across payments, custody, liquidity and treasury management. There's a huge opportunity ahead, and we are making sure XRP is at the center of it.
