I wonder how these groups are drawn. Anyone know? Atlanta and Philly are in the same group with Monterrey and SKC. That's three of the seven or so best MLS teams, and then arguably the best from LigaMX. Total group of death. Arguably all four teams are knockout round caliber.

I was just looking at the spring MLS Next schedule for a club here in Connecticut. 10 games. Is that accurate? My son will play 10 games this month alone in Spain. Since September he’s played 55 matches. Is the American model too light or the European model too heavy?
