If a company that owns a dominant browser (Google) deliberately restricts the ability to block ads so it can charge for ad-free access for its video platform (YouTube), then you are basically getting scammed.





@wavywebsurf YouTube Premium is a giant scam. Adblock has always been free, and Google wants to abuse their browser monopoly to kill it so that they can scam everyone into paying for something that has always been free. I will never be scammed by this no matter how many people shill for it.



Thanks to Valve's contributions to Linux, including the funding they have provided to WINE and the development of Gamescope, gaming on Linux is a viable option.
