I received this email this morning saying my application is not approved to sell these brands while I didn’t even send in any application.
I got gated on multiple 6-figures of inventory from my top 7 brands I’ve been selling for a long time right before the holidays season on November 18th.
I was not given a chance to appeal/defend myself while hundreds of sellers are still able to sell these same brands I got gated on.
I am a dedicated 20-year-old Amazon seller who has generated over $1.6 million in sales since starting early last year. I am reaching out regarding a sudden and devastating issue that has impacted my ability to sell my top seven brands: Nike, Adidas, Converse, Hoka, Oral-B, Nature’s Way, and Stanley.
On November 18th, I was unexpectedly restricted from selling these brands despite having a long history of successfully and compliantly selling them. This restriction has deeply affected my business, especially during the crucial Black Friday, Cyber Monday, and holiday seasons.
While I understand and appreciate Amazon's commitment to protecting the platform, I strongly believe this enforcement was applied in error. Many sellers who faced the same restriction as me, have since had their issues resolved, yet I have not received a clear explanation or resolution.
Here is what I have done so far to address the issue:
•Opened support cases
•I called Amazon Seller Support many times for updates and clarity
•Escalated cases to the Amazon Leadership Team
•Reached out to Amazon Seller Help via Twitter multiple times

I understand that Amazon needs to protect its platform from bad actors, and I respect this position. I feel that the enforcement is wrong and that a deep dive into this will allow me to continue selling the affected brands.
It’s been about 3 weeks weeks already and I’m sure if this got in front of the right person it would be fixed right away.
