Seattle Seahawks star Jaxon Smith-Njigba will owe more than $4 million dollars per year under WA’s new “millionaire’s tax.” Great competitive advantage for WA’s professional sports teams.

Just in: The NBA will hold a vote at the Board of Governors meetings March 24-25 to explore adding expansion teams exclusively in Las Vegas and Seattle, with the two franchises targeted for the 2028-29 season, sources tell ESPN. There is momentum for stakeholders to approve surveying what industry executives project will be bids in the $7-to-$10 billion range for each team.

It’s almost unheard of for a team to tank in the NFL but I think the Cardinals may really be doing it. They will be in a great position a year from now if they land the No. 1 pick.

@CorbinSmithNFL Corbin, I’m always defending you but this is a bad take. Flat taxes are regressive & disproportionately effect low/middle income earners. A progressive tax system is not only a necessity, but fair. If you reap more benefits from the system, you should pay more into the system.

Splash: The #Chiefs are signing Super Bowl MVP Kenneth Walker, per The Insiders, a new home for the former #Seahawks star. Walker’s deal done by @davidcanter and @NessMugrabi of @aurasportsgroup.
