Hi 👋 I am a German asylum seeker in the U.S. but grew up and lived in Germany for ~23 years. I don’t drink at all but that’s not the standard in Germany. Most people drink casually but not necessarily beer. Sausages are overhyped. Our cuisine has SO MUCH more to offer. I personally love German Rouladen or the greatest ASPARAGUS in the world.

@washghost1 My understanding is that he’s been ruled incompetent to stand trial. No insanity plea has been made. That being said, incompetent to stand trial to me means that he’s not fit to live in society and should be institutionalized.

Insanity shouldn’t be allowed to be used in cases like this. One could argue that anyone who does something like this is insane because it’s not in our human nature to do this. He should face trial just like anyone else
