@GNetworkComms we had an outage last night for the first time ever since we signed up with you a few years ago. I was really sorry to see the company’s entered administration. What will this mean for current customers? Don’t want to go back to Virgin, o2, etc.!

Please note, your supply of broadband will continue as normal, and you should continue to pay your bill as normal.

Hello @GNetworkComms Kevin murphy, Steve Andrews, Carl Grose, Emmanuelle Recoules, Jon Hurry, Paul Weir... Switched from BT, bought your most expensive FullOn Wifi service. It has never worked. Now can't work in home office. And getting tech support is like chasing ghosts.

@GNetworkComms your customer service doesnt know and said they would contact me when available, also craig on lve chat was meant to contact me if chat went down as he was looking into it and nothing yet, and that was over an hour ago.

@GNetworkComms Why cant i get a straight answer from you guys. Cable has been laid for a few years. ! person 2 doors down is connected to you, an engineer working on the node outside my house said i can connect to you, but you lot seem to think its not up and running yet.

@GNetworkComms Poor customer service. Instructions for set up of new Nokia router said it has to be done by 08:00 on +1 day after 11 June 2024. Need technical assistance. No internet. Called numbers listed in instructions for migration dedicated support. No help. 1/2
