@GavinHall35 @FirstNorwich They cant- because if they told the truth they would be vilified- it is funny how we seem to see all the X1/X11 leave Norwich bus station on time and they all begin at the Lowestoft depot

@FirstNorwich @FirstYar_Low This week cancelled X2/X22 services from Norwich Bus station to Lowestoft 18/03-1545 & 1620 19/03-1545, 1620 & 1635 20/03-1605 21/03-1605 When is the service between 1545-1650 gonna become reliable I can go back weeks with cancellations @gillypb

@FirstNorwich It'll be 1650 for the next X2 service which is the service I need for my stop A ongoing suggestion newer buses instead of hand offs from other areas might work Instead of trying to fix a broken fleet Failure to prepare seems to come naturally to First on this route
