@thereadystate Hey Kelly! I just received a massage gun as a gift. Do you have any favorite resources on how to use it safely and effectively? Thanks!

@NPR Hey NPR! Your web-browser audio player has been stopping and crashing all weekend? It happens in both Chrome and Safari. Is this a know issue? Is there a fix coming?

@HamiltonStapell Hi @hamiltonstapell, one concern about both bivalents is that they share their new BA4/BA5 mRNA with the ancestral strain mRNA -not circulating anymore- on other hand, any booster stimulates B cells (see The Bloom Lab for good explaining) so all good. Would mix; seems to help

@MonicaGandhi9 Dr. Gandhi: Is there any evidence to suggest which omicron bivalent booster might be more effective? (Note: I previously mixed and matched my original shots and booster.)

Well this is weird. A few months ago a student wrote this moral dilemma about a crying baby on a plane. I though it was a little unlikely, but ok. But *right now* I am on a plane, with this exact thing happening (minus the middle shouting part). What should I do?

If a U.S. housing market is “overvalued” by more than 25%, @MoodysAnalytics deems it “significantly overvalued.” Through the second quarter, 210 of the nation’s 413 largest regional housing markets are overvalued by more than 25%. fortune.com/2022/09/25/the…

Moody's Analytics once again downgrades its U.S. housing market outlook: Peak-to-trough, U.S. home prices expected to fall 5% to 10%. Peak-to-trough, significantly "overvalued" U.S. housing markets expected to fall 10% to 15%. That outlook assumes NO U.S. recession.

@thereadystate Honestly, I was hoping you would do a whole YouTube series on this: pball injury prevention, rehab, common mistakes, form faults, etc. You could reach a new audience!

@HamiltonStapell At this time apoB is always the goal of Rx, NOT Lp(a) per se. Stains reduce residual risk in Lp(a) patients. So if needed to get to apoB goal add PCSK9 - after a few months re-evaluate if subsequent Rx adjustment is needed

@Drlipid In general, when moving from statin + ezetimibe to PCSK9i (Repatha), is it advisable to drop the statin (especially if lower Lp(a) is also a desired outcome)?

@NewsLambert Do you happen to have any data for the Hudson Valley (NY) area? We've had a huge run-up in prices due to WFH New York City folks. Thanks!

@HamiltonStapell Could, in part, be due to glucosamine serving as a glycolysis inhibitor forcing more energy production to occur via mitochondria, the net effect of which = healthier mitochondria and increased healthspan. This theory could explain the effect, be incomplete, or wrong

Taking glucosamine every day for a year or longer was associated with a 39% reduction in all-cause mortality, as well as a 65% reduction in cardiovascular mortality, in an analysis of NHANES data (n=16,686). jabfm.org/content/33/6/8…

@HamiltonStapell Absolutely. I've already seen a handful of borrowers told they'll be getting a large refund on top of their loan forgiveness.

@NPRCoryTurner I have been following your excellent reporting on the PSLF program. Under the new rulers, can a borrower receive a refund/reimbursement if they made more than 120 payments and have already paid off their federal student loan?
