@ChaseSupport I've called the claims department several times. It's sad when the company the money was spent at is more empathetic than the bank you've used for 20 years. At least chase gets their money one way or another, doesn't matter who spends it.

Feels good when some guy steals your @Chase debit card number and buys $1500 worth of gift cards at a women's clothing store and chase decides it was actually you because the guy used your address. Even though it wasn't actually your address. Thanks @ChaseSupport :)
