On the panel, “The Global Silicon Valley: What It Takes to Win Outside the US,” I spoke about the UAE’s role in creating conditions for scale—through long-term vision, regulatory clarity, and sustained public-private alignment rather than short-term incentives. At the Web3 Leaders Roundtable, regulators, financial institutions, and infrastructure builders examined stablecoins, digital asset market structure, and AI-driven financial rails, focusing on how policy and infrastructure translated into real economic activity.
