Thanks for your comment. Our mobile app and Member Online Portal are still available for members who are already registered. However, we’re aware of an intermittent issue affecting Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) and Okta verification on Member Online for some users. This may mean some members aren’t receiving their MFA or Okta codes, which could impact access to the portal.

Just overheard a friend on the phone to @Hostplus trying to get information about their account. Absolutely terrible experience. The operator couldn’t understand them, then failed their security check and refused to escalate the call or provide any references. Why do companies insist on off-shoring their call centres. More often than not, it leads to poor experiences.

@Hostplus it would be great if your app didn't default orders to buy for choiceplus. I just accidentally bought some shares i was meaning to sell and now i can't fix it because your system considers me fixing it to be day trading

I’ll be lodging a complaint with the regulator. You can pay all the additional legal fees incurred. The lawyers said it’s not economical, so I’ll be doing it myself out of principle. It’s been a terrible experience from day 1 @Hostplus

I don’t like using X to air grievances, but @Hostplus is still delaying paying out my Mums super. Due May 15th after 4 months waiting They ignored multiple calls/emails Latest excuse is “it needs to go to X department” F@ck off … you just want to charge management fees
