I buried my wife today - she was the beating heart of our family, the bright star that guided us home, the one whose smile melted the iciest of hearts. She laughed so much & smiled like she did knowing that the end was near. Forever will remembered for her dimples & smile. ❤️💕
This is my 10yo, Charlie.
He has recently been diagnosed with autism and adhd.
He was dreading the airport but I am so proud of how he coped.
He is so proud of himself too. He asked me to post to my "twitter friends" 😁
Special day today as we say goodbye to the boss as he retires from the NHS after 36 yrs.
Thanks for everything you've done @PeteGordon68, and the difference you've made to so many people.

I've been on this bus 2 or 3 times with the same driver and he always takes his dog with him whether he's asleep or awake. The other time a lady got mad because it was unsanitary to take a dog and the driver got mad and walked out saying he wouldn't leave the dog home alone the day. . . .
He considers the dog as his son, so he takes him everywhere with him. ❤️💕
*drumroll* Only Connect will be coming back to BBC Two on Monday July 17th! Earlier than usual this year. It's a very jolly new series; hope you enjoy it.
Killer song after killer song. Most of us artists can only dream of having a catalogue like this. What a SET. The legacy Elton leaves us is immeasurable. @eltonofficial#EltonJohn#Glastonbury ❤️
Catching up with Pop Master with the great @RealKenBruce, at the end of a couple of rounds the answer to the last has not been given with Ken saying he’ll come back to it - why ?? It’s makes our marking difficult 😂😂. Please tell us all answers Ken. 🥰
Lucy, a young blind pianist who stunned on 'The Piano' earlier this year, performs a note-perfect rendition of Bach's Prelude in C at the Coronation Concert. ❤️
Take That are British pop royalty - and so patriotic! Brilliant to see them back together.
Such a shame the likes of Adele, Styles and Elton weren’t prepared to join this celebration - but we all know why… Their loss!

After three weeks in hospital I have just been discharged and am now at home to have some more treatment by having a daily injection for a few days from a hospital near me. Thanks to everyone at the Wellington Hospital in London doctors and nurses , for looking after me . After my treatment and a rest I look forward to getting back @BBCRadio2 and @BBCLOCALRADIO to doing what I love doing. Just want to thank all my friends for your lovely messages, you are all so kind to think about me xx
Sorry my Tony’s Tips came to an abrupt end but when I’m fully recovered there will be plenty more. Thanks again for all the lovely messages you’ve been sending and your understanding in having to reschedule our live @BBCRadio2 Sounds Of The Sixties theatre shows. I can’t wait to get back to full health again soon.
