@JessCardiff Hi Jess, I am sorry to hear this. The rail replacement bus stop is at the local bus stops near The Railway pub. To Pontypridd, it's on the same side as the pub. To Cardiff, it's on the opposite side of the road. Hope that helps ^Meg

Hey @tfwrail - nothing quite like missing the 'rail replacement bus service' (and therefore your meeting) because the bus stop signs in Llandaff are on the wrong side of the road...

SLC would not take repayment, but did add interest to loan amount during this time. Am I eligible for any interest repayment?

@Cardiffbus I've been at the stop since 09.05 for the 09.15. That said 27 minutes, then 3 minutes, then 24 minutes on the app, and has now disappeared from the app entirely. Still waiting...

@Cardiffbus I was waiting from 13.27 for the 13.35 but it never came. 14.15 did arrive a few minutes late, by which time I'dwaited almost an hour. App was showing all buses on time, and claimed the 13.35 had arrived to schedule. Pretty poor customer experience today, sadly.
