If you bench 250 lbs for 5 And weigh 200 lbs And you cut to 180 and bench press goes down to 225 lbs for 5. Relative strength is the same. This is terrible. Relative strength must improve or you are losing too much muscle. Body composition improves when relative strength increases.

One solid leg workout per week is plenty! If you really want to train legs again do some hill sprints. Just 3-4 sprints. Distance that takes 6-10 seconds is good

Humans can survive on almost any diet. Look at all the poison chemical addicts in society.. But a diet missing vegetables- is liking missing fruit- is like missing meat- is like missing grains. Doable, but imbalanced. Either way, sounds like you eat healthier than 99% of people 👍👍

That doesn’t make them essential. Many of those “phytonutrients” are actually plant defense chemicals that trigger a stress response, which is then labeled as beneficial. You can manage oxidative stress through good metabolism, nutrient-dense animal foods, and lifestyle. You don’t need plant compounds to do that.
