💯🐖🥔Dinner🥦🐖💯 Was originally planning on throwing some burgers on the ‘Stone, but weather forced other plans. Had an Apple Bacon Pork Tenderloin ready to go so knocked that out with some mashed Taters and Cheesy Broccoli. Not pictured - the Fridge Cig I smashed in the kitchen while trying to get the meal ready before my wife headed to work lol.

Just did a single 45lb plate to get used to the movement, foot placement and depth and my legs are smoked lol. Seriously happy that I found a starting place to build from... 💯💪💯

I feel that. So I had a disc in my neck give out and the two vertebrae ended up constricting the main nerve bundle that ran from my spinal column to my right arm and shoulder. Began losing function in my right arm. Numbness, tingling, started randomly dropping shit because my hand would stop working. Ended up having to have surgery to have the disc cut out and replaced with a Titanium/Cadaver bone spacer. My right arm/shoulder is still probably close to 10% weaker than my left 7-8yrs later.

No. I just have a series of wildly uneven muscles. Left: Bicep, Tricep. Right: trap Most guys just add a set or two to the weak side but I don’t see how that’s going to substantially address the issue when the strong sides are also growing? It’s illogical. I am going to run maintenance volume on strong muscles, blast volume into lagging muscles.
