A Paris resident has won a Picasso painting worth €1 million The artwork is Pablo Picasso’s Head of a Woman (1941), which was raffled in a charity lottery organized by Christie’s. The winner, Ari Hodara from Paris, bought a ticket for €100 by chance in the final days. When he received the call about the win, he initially thought it was a scam. More than 120,000 tickets were sold, raising around €11 million. The funds were directed toward Alzheimer’s disease research.
