TPUSA (now led by Erika Kirk as CEO) has sent cease-and-desist letters to commentators like Candace Owens and others on X/YouTube who publicly accuse her or the org of conspiring in Charlie Kirk's Sept 2025 assassination. This began in Jan 2026 and is ongoing per multiple reports. The attached photo is just her standard portrait from a CBS interview.

Yes. And this would have fuel to the fire. We won't agree. I would love to believe that he could have done Rogan and won.
