Ordered a sim with@VOXImobile on 29th November. Didn't insert said sim or use it. Want to cancel the rolling sim today as I have had a baby and ask for a refund of £10. Refused. Awful customer service and will be cancelling all other plans our household have with them. ✔️✔️

Their promotion doesn't make sense in the slightest but at least they can spam us now. @The_Oodie
