Today, I ran my 4th Half-Marathon! My first NYRR race! This one was hard. My time sucked. I forgot to tell you guys, my right leg has been acting strange. I am not injured. It just hurts a lot, sometimes, during my runs. Anyway, while it heals, I've changed my training strategy for my marathon to cross-training (add swimming and biking). To ease all the mileage on my leg. I am very happy about this medal though. Yay to me. I am very thankful to my leg for allowing me to finish. If you see anyone limping in Central Park, it's definitely me. 😆🤣😅 I think these compression socks helped me a lot!
