Labor's instant tax deduction will allow workers to knock $1,000 off their taxable income, without providing receipts, when they lodge their 2026-27 tax return. This is tax reform and a bit of extra tax relief at the same time, with a maximum saving of $470, and an average saving of $205. We’re releasing draft legislation today for consultation, to get this into parliament and deliver. This will help workers cut back on the paperwork and save them time and money at tax time.

@IMAROOSTAR My mate, who has no degree or management experience has been appointed COO of a company who provides NDIS assistance. It’s a fucking rort.

Lakemba has 1300 NDIS providers, one for every 13 people! Relatives and friends becoming providers, looking after each other’s families without providing any services just sending invoices and stealing our tax dollars.
