@AmazonUK so exasperated! I have returned the toilet roll sent in error when I should have receive >£600 of comms equipment. Customer service unable to explain why the returned item is still (3 days) stuck at the receivers UPS depot pending collection, delaying my refund. Awful

@AmazonUK what is happening? 2 days, 2 packages received with completely wrong items. Today takes the biscuit: a £600 Cardo Outdoor quad, and I received 9 toilet rolls. @AmazonHelp could not escalate my call, so to get a refund I have to wait in for UPS to collect b4 refund. 😡

@AmazonHelp Sent. Hopefully you can help. I’m currently waiting in all day tomorrow so UPS can pick up 9 toilet rolls instead of setting up my £600 Cardo outdoor set. Go figure. Very disappointed as a very longstanding and frequent customer.
