This is just absolutely ridiculous. They're just trying to deflect from that other thing that's dominating the news right now.

Spent the day on Alcatraz Island, a @NatlParkService site, to start the work to renovate and reopen the site to house the most dangerous criminals and illegals. This administration is restoring safety, justice, and order to our streets. @Interior & @TheJusticeDept are following a directive by @POTUS to help lead that mission.

@tyler__palmer @elonmusk Additional support and funding for national parks and public lands would be more than welcome as well. And ridiculously popular. That would be an almost guaranteed vote from SO many different Americans, from environmentalists to bow hunters.

Is this the America Party platform? -reduce debt, responsible spending only -modernize military with ai/robotics -pro tech, accelerate to win in ai -less regulation across board but especially in energy -free speech -pro natalist -centrist policies everywhere else If so where do we send our donations?

National parks are more popular than ever and need adequate staffing to meet their mission and safely welcome millions of visitors. A hiring freeze would cause major disruptions as parks are starting to hire critical seasonal staff for the busy summer. whitehouse.gov/presidential-a…
