@clarabellecows I feel this! I have a billion ridiculous alarms on my phone. The second I need to remember something there either immediately needs to be an alarm or chances are ill forget entirely. I forget about some of the most important things in my life without it, and it sucks.

it’s this kind of thing that makes me so frustrated when people describe adhd as a superpower. this is not a superpower. people that are important to me are getting the impression that I don’t care and there is nothing super about that
