@GWRHelp yesterday (26th June) there were massive delays from Paddington. Today yet more massive delays from Maidenhead to Paddington. It’s a shambles. Not sure what needs to change but it happens far too often.

⚠️Travel update - 17 March⚠️ Due to a safety inspection of the track between London Paddington and Slough the line towards Slough is blocked.

@GWRHelp. So on Wednesday you had ‘overhead points failure’, Thursday strikes. today a safety inspection stopping all fast trains from Paddington to slough. Saturday strikes. Seems like your staff wanted 4 days off to me

@GWRHelp The last time there were strikes I’m fairly sure there was a serious points failure the day before. Seems like too much coincidence to me

@GWRHelp your service this week has been terrible. 4 journeys, 4 cancellations. Overhead power lines, then points issue. Another trip planned on Saturday…then there’s a strike. What’s going on?! Just not good enough
