Nope. This is a lack of understanding of the issue on his part. The study he references only looked at microplastics (generally >1um in size). The vast majority of what is in water is NANOplastic particles between 50nm and 500nm. When you look for these size particles you find hundreds of thousands per liter in plastic.
@bryan_johnson simply hasn't read the literature and is wrong about this.
Glass is clearly better.

You always have the option of moving somewhere where land is cheap, dropping your cost of living to almost zero, and becoming a sheep, cattle, or goat herder.
You can grow your own crops, make your own firewood, and build your farm infrastructure from scratch. While you're at it, have as many kids as you possibly can, as kids are all pros and no cons in this lifestyle.
Take your work seriously, and your herd will grow every year, increasing your wealth. You can even end up a rich man in the long run, if you so wish.

Everyone says buy a car that's 1-2 years old and let someone else take the depreciation hit. Here's why that advice doesn't always hold water:
A 2-year-old car with 25,000 miles in some cases may only be $6,000 less than new. But you just lost two years of warranty. You're financing at a higher interest rate because it's used. And you have no idea if the previous owner beat the hell out of it for 25,000 miles.
So you're just telling me the prior owner just ate the worst part of the depreciation curve cause he's a nice guy??
Meanwhile, the new one has $4,000 in manufacturer incentives. Full factory warranty, lower interest rate, and the option to lease.
The 1-2 year used car strategy made sense in 2015. It doesn't always anymore. The gap between new and lightly used has shrunk so much that you're not always saving what you think you are.

Lamb is the upgrade to beef. It's called the salmon of meat for a reason. - More Omega 3 - Less Omega 6 - More CLA - More flavour The difference to beef, being that virtually all lamb is grass-fed and grass-finished, with little to no grains. If you're lucky enough to have an affordable supply, load up.
