
@zkwerrell @jdmiles11 I would like to hear his reasoning for having a knife in a restricted area, and his first instinct was lethal force. I still don’t think any thing he could say would bolster any claim of self defense.

Texas Penal Code § 9.32 permits using lethal force for self defense if someone has legitimate concern that they are in fear of losing their lives or sustaining serious bodily harm.
