@IKEAUKSupport & just like that, I didn’t receive my 2 sofas paid for yday(£45), despite being promised 7-11am. Driver reported the items delivered so no more tracking, then he rang me & said delivery at 12 noon. Rang customer serv who apologised but said would be delivered today

@IKEAUKSupport delivery rec’d Sat. Spent day assembling, well almost! Every item damaged - most likely by @DX_Service from mishandling. More time spent disassembling it, and packing for collection. Paid £40 delivery . Should’ve hired a van. I hope the next lot arrives undamaged.
