Burned through my Unlimited Plus hotspot limit of 30GB due to Xfinity Internet outage of 13+ hours. Had to add an extra $10 to get more hotspot with Verizon. Xfinity, count your days. Your infrastructure is TRASH. That's why you NEED Verizon.

I’d say it’s more about these people are the reason the company still exists. T-Mobile was known as the worst cell service provider at that time. People signed up and gave them a shot. In fact T-Mobile made a contract and a promise with those now decade + long customers to never change the price. These are the same customers that 11 months ago they raised their prices $5 a month which then started the litigation. Then today $6 more a month per line. Let’s use my phone plan as an example. 120 a month 4 lines(all phones paid for). Now is 164. That’s a big increase percentage wise. The extra $44 isn’t going to make or break me. I live pretty comfortably. It’s the fact that they think they can break a contract, lie to consumers, and think there will be no recourse. It’s the principle that matters to me personally. These people are 100% justified to complain and frankly people who are living paycheck to paycheck will get fed up with it and start to do crazy shit. Ie Luigi mangione. Then you start getting people like me on the jury and jury nullification/deadlock becomes very real. 🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️ Source - photo below.
