@Elijahkrings yeah oddly i do terrible with fasting can only do 16/8 without feeling likw utter trash wheras my brother has done OMAD or 24 hour fasting and feels amazing

One reason you feel worse on fasting might be explained by redox issues If your NAD/NADH ratio is off, tilted towards the latter NAD is missing for the SIRT1-PGC-1a axis which is a massive driver of proper adaptation to fasting This axis controls the mitogenesis, mitophagy and autophagy response, as well as the mitochondrial fusion & fission dynamics which are normally very protective Under chronic antigenic load, mitochondrial dysfunction or even malnourishment this can be impaired, which strains the body more than it benefits it I am not against fasting, but for many its not the way out of their disease state. It should be viewed as a later therapeutic lever to be pulled when you are ready

HOW TO FIX CHRONIC DIARRHEA If you're suffering with chronic IBS-D (diarrhea), it can be very difficult to fix. The most common reason for it are things like: - hydogren producing bacteria dysbiosis - issues with gut serotonin - enteric nervous system or nervous system issues - gut inflammation As such, I've developed a safe protocol that won't damage your gut, that you can apply, which for many which will provide resolution of symptoms. PROTOCOL Weeks 1-3 - soluble fibre or PHGG daily - glycine (10g for the day) - mg malate during the day, mg glycinate during night - 500mg molybdenum daily - morning sunlight for an hour grounded (skin exposed) - methyl b complex once daily Weeks 4-(with 6 or 12 pending progress) - s bouladii (6 billion IU - 3 times daily away from food) - MCT oil (tea spoon, 3 times daily away from food) - coconut oil (1.5xteaspoon, 3 times daily away from food) - colostrum (6g x twice daily away from food) - curcumin phytosome (1000mg, 2xdaily) - black seed oil (1 tsp, x 2 daily) - glycine (12mg daily) - melatonin (5mg at night) (only for 1st 3-5 days of phase) - zinc L carnosine (15mg daily) (ensure copper intake) - mg taurate (300mg at night) - mg malate (adding to water throughout day) - avoid high starch foods or foods that trigger you (as well as industrial seed oils, processed foods, and gluten) - avoid fruit except for berries and oranges - focus on yogurts, kefir, honey, berries, meats, seafoods, eggs, herbs - get light environment right (especially after dark) NOTE: This isn't a protocol anyone with gut issues should use. Only if diarrhea is your predominant symptom with little other obvious symptoms. You may experience die offs from this protocol - so be prepared for that and ask if you don't understand what that is. Before the end of the protocol, you should experience resolution of diarrhea if its working for you.

@DA_ResearchLabs I had this for a while years ago and I did one time a high dose of niacinamide (like several grams) and it never came back to the same degree. To a lesser extent, I find that getting enough calcium, sodium, and fat soluble vitamins really helps as well.

Ejaculation makes me feel awful, and I still don’t understand the science behind it. Let me explain the situation and present my theories: When I do it, I feel zombified the next day. Zero motivation, physically weak / dizzy and worse balance. It feels like adrenal fatigue when I wake up, and it takes at least 2-3 days until I feel better again. When I don’t do it, after a couple of days I start feeling way more motivated and energized. After 1-2 weeks it gets too much, and I almost lose my mind. Feels like I’m on coke. Here are all my theories: 1) Abstinence increases testosterone -> more energy/motivation -> losing my mind because of high aromatization to estrogen (acts like cocaine in the brain) -> feeling bad after ejaculation because production (Leydig cells) is impaired, so baseline is low. Counter argument: AFAIK, T gets back to baseline after 7 days of abstinence + this theory would imply that even though the baseline is low due to impaired leydig cells, abstinence still somehow increases T significantly. 2) Prolactin stays elevated for multiple days even though it should decrease after a couple of hours -> reducing dopamine + generally decreasing energy production. 3) Prolactin decreases after a couple of hours, but the dampening effect on CRH persists for multiple days for some reason -> less ACTH -> less cortisol production -> adrenal fatigue. (In the past I’ve felt like my adrenals were a little sluggish) - ik prolactin can also increase CRH, but in the case of ejaculation I doubt it. 4) Ejaculation spikes my dopamine so much that my baseline adjusts for a couple of days (since dopamine compares & evaluates experiences) -> losing my mind at the end because thinking about sexual stuff makes me so dopaminergic. I know that I genetically have fast COMT (Val/Val) (breaks down dopamine), which tends to decrease my dopamine baseline (tonic) and shifts me toward big short term spikes (phasic) - making me more prone to dopamine depletion and trouble focusing when other thoughts pop up (sexual thoughts in this case), which induce phasic dopamine that might drive me crazy after some time because it’s quite a rollercoaster. 5) Not the ejaculation itself is spiking my dopamine, but simply repressing desires (abstinence) is -> at some point repressing desires is just too stressful -> CRH, Glutamate etc. increase which makes me lose my mind, and losing this motivator via ejaculation exposes me to the low dopamine baseline that I‘d normally have

I’d remove testosterone, so no need for an AI like exemestane either. I’d also remove HCG and rFSH. I’d add low-dose progesterone, low-dose DHT, Epithalon, Pinealon, and Vilon. With that we might actually regenerate his thymus and reverse aging. I have doubts about HGH though.

I didnt experience any on topical t since it turns way more to dht. - Also for estrogen need drop bodyfat and get choline 900mg daily which is tough

My cortisol is good That could be why i dont feel the estrogen sides. However rn im also on AI so i take bit more. Do u feel estrogenic on exo test??
