So the RCMP had multiple calls to the home of Jesse Strang/Van Rootselaar for mental health issues. Jesse was taken into custody and examined on mental health issues. Guns were seized from the home but then returned. Here’s RCMP Deputy Commissioner Dwayne McDonald.

Always the Canadian solution for the past decade. Instead of asking how we can tax you more, it should be how can the government spend more responsibly. We are spending/taxing more than ever, and what we capture in value had been on a steady decline for 10 years.
Polling Canada@CanadianPolling

Prime example of not doing any research before you run your mouth. This is a sprawling rural riding that has higher average income than other ridings in our two largest cities in Alberta. I keep this individual on my timeline just to have a constant reminder not to be blindly partisan.
Vicki Campbell🇨🇦@merry123459

I’ve been told that Battle River Crowfoot is the poorest riding in Alberta. Yet they’re gonna vote in Poilievre who’ll make sure they stay that way. God help them.

@Peter_thoc Curious if you’re still optimistic about #Quai for this run and the long term. Seems like a great POW, just not a lot of chatter about it right now. You have any recent insight on it out here?

I wonder what the results of the Canadian #federalelection2025 would have been if everyone would have voted for the best candidate/leader in their riding vs. the candidate of a certain party. Any thoughts? #CanadaElections2025

I am down, who else is with me? we take BC, Alberta, Saskatchewan and Manitoba and make our own country, we'd be a power house, we'd have a coast, we don't need Eastern Canada. The east hates us anyways. Let's dip.

@RealJeff45 What does Manitoba bring to the table though? Serious question. I think they stay with the east

I was wrong. I thought Poilievre would hold onto his riding. He didn't. He got his ass kicked. The Conservatives need a new leader, a new approach. #cdnpoli

I sure do appreciate the newfound enthusiasm that folks like Ron have for encouraging young people to vote. That said, it's worth pointing out two things: 1) it's clearly driven by partisan concerns 2) those concerns are informed by bad data Allow me to explain.
Ron Butler@ronmortgageguy

Young people can change Canada today by voting Most people under 35 are for Pierre, the reason is simple: they are worse off than their parents Carney is NOT change & don't believe he is the only person to handle Trump NOBODY can handle Trump It's Trump for Christ's Sake 3/

Our gun laws were robust before the current government came in a decade ago, providing little risk to public health. It’s the easiest wedge issue in this country for this government, when no one knows how well our laws work and what the main source of gun crimes in Canada actually is. This isn’t the US and never was concerning firearm ownership.

Someone needs to tell @theJagmeetSingh that he should probably target the party that’s absorbing his votes, not the conservatives.
