Footage shows the operation of a previously unknown "STASH" air defense system used by a unit of Ukraine's Air Command West. The system appears to be mounted on an unidentified chassis and uses AGM-114 Hellfire missiles, likely paired with a RADA radar.

It's incredible how bad Youtube is these days. Loved the platform, but for the last weeks/month it just keeps recommending the same videos all the time. Surely after refreshing 50 times the "AI" should understand I'm not interested? No wonder views are plummeting ....

@johnrheritage Definitely the right slot. After manually setting it to Gen 4, it's running at gen 4 now. Seems like it fails to link at 5 and falls back to 1.1.

- Is it definitely in the right slot? - Are any motherboard power connectors not attached? (i.e. a 4 pin or similar near the PCIe slots) - There may be 'low power' options in your BIOS for PCIe you need to disable - Does GPU-Z at least say it's running at x16? and is it a new version that recognizes the 50 series?

The waterblock on my 3090 started leaking, so I decided to just buy a 5080. I am struggling to figure out why the performance is awful. It only pulls something like ~200W under load and GPU-Z says its running at PCIe 1.1.

@Pk_419 Fortunately I am fairly confident the leak didn't affect the slot.

@TheMalcore Waterblock leak messed up PCIE slot and now only running at 1.1? Might need to try new mobo and see if that's the problem.

@coolingreviews Not a bad idea. I need to get some new thermal pads to put the 3090 back in its original air cooler. I don’t think I have any other PCIe 5.0 cards to use to test against. Seems like PCIe 4.0 works

@TheMalcore Yikes. Well, I'd put the 3080 back in and see if it registers at the right PCI-E version. If it does, RMA that GPU!
