humans are the only creature that's dumb enough to be confused how to be healthy...
you don't see wolves telling other wolves to stop eating meat because of heart disease
or you don't see giraffes intermittent fasting...
animals just eat what they enjoy and what they're meant to. but we've convinced eachother that we need to follow "experts" and a food pyramid instead....
and then we take the real food we do have, spray chemicals it to prevent animals from eating them...and then eat them ourselves....
we're created a world so toxic we don't even know what real food is anymore

If working with someone would make me dread a random Tuesday, I’m not making any type of deal with that person.
I've turned down partnerships that would've made us a lot of money because the people or the process would've drained the energy out of everything else we're building.

@thegarybrecka Yes. We get stuck in the same routine of check phone, drink coffee before hydrating, not fueling with protein and wonder why we feel like crap the entire day. It all starts within the first hour of waking in my opinion. Win that and you win the day.
