I’m just told it’s been sent to the “internal team” for them to look at. No time frame as to when I’ll get contacted back. I’ve had to go over the entire story each time I’ve called. Your company should be embarrassed.

@StubHub @TeamStubHub I’ve had the worst customer service trying to accept the World Cup tickets I bought. I’ve called 5 times now and each call was at least 40 minutes. The issue was supposed to be escalated but I didn’t get called back. No one will transfer me to a manager.
