@saniyafatma1278 It varies by region, but I would tip at least $25 for good service; more for excellent service. No waiter should refuse to accept a tip. I hope you spoke with the manager before you left. In Denver, a $50 tip on a $125 bill would be WAY over the top.

My husband and I went out for dinner last night. We left a $20 bill on the table as a tip for our $125 bill. The waiter refused to take it and said we shouldn’t go out to eat if we’re not willing to tip at least $50, and now I’m wondering if $20 is enough?

@realgeorgie @ronsterd89 At the same time, workers in fast food, retail and other service jobs are eligible for food and rent assistance, as well as Medicaid, because minimum wage is not a living wage. Companies make millions while taxpayers support the employees.

Now I'm two months from the wedding, and my entire bridal party is "gently suggesting" I find something more "classic." My mother-in-law offered to buy me a "proper" dress from David's Bridal. But when I put this on, I see my grandmother's garden, her stories about village celebrations, the culture she left behind when she immigrated. Yes, it's not a traditional white gown. Yes, people might whisper. But isn't a wedding dress supposed to make you feel like the truest version of yourself? @jeffhunt One time I commented on a post of his that it was very odd (almost obsessive) how much he tweeted about Lauren Boebert. He DM’d me and was very defensive about how it’s his job at 9news to cover politics. It was a long time ago. Wish I had saved it.
