EasyJet texted a €4.50 voucher which we couldn’t spend as it was midnight… never told us we could claim £220 each for the delay. @easyJet So why do you advise we do or speak to - there are no EasyJet staff here, even tried to go to another EasyJet departure and the crew are Swissport 😂

@easyJet Hi Desiree, I’ve replied to the DM but yet to get a response. Is there a single Easy Jet representative available to talk to in this whole airport?? No one has been able to find anyone, despite the communications to reach out to Ground staff due to the delay
