can't they use AI for better things like making realistic physics simulation, you know make games actually feel realistic instead of adding an AI filter on top of them.

@FSAPOJake @Deliquescing 1080p with only TAA looks rough in general. 4K FSR performance mode looks a lot better to me than just native 1080p.

@Deliquescing DLSS or FSR 4 at quality mode 1440p looks significantly better than 1080p with regular TAA. At least use DLAA or FSR native if you're gonna do that.

If you play a game, with your upscaler on Quality mode, at 1440p, what does that make the ugly internal resolution?

@PlayerEssence Considering the Steam Deck had 0 marketing and is only sold on the Steam store, it sold VERY well. If anything it made Linux a lot more popular, which is a great thing considering the state of Windows.

Steam Deck isn't "tremendously successful", people on Twitter just like it but it's a niche device with overall terrible sales. The Wii U and PS Vita sold better. Valve has not given official numbers, said it was profitable, how much money they've made off it or anything.
