Amazon’s own in-app AI (Rufus) showed a 50% Prime Youth cashback offer. I purchased a voucher and then Prime based on this. Now support says the offer was discontinued and is denying both cashback and a refund. This is misleading. @AmazonHelp @amazonIN @amazon
